Ms Keneilwe Zulu
Executive Director
Ms Keneilwe Zulu serves as the Executive Director of Access Chapter 2 (AC2), a South African organization dedicated to protecting and promoting the human rights of LGBTQI people, women, and girls . Under her leadership, AC2 operates as the country’s first queer-led Law Clinic, providing free, comprehensive legal services, along with health services and psychosocial support to vulnerable individuals . In early 2025, Ms Zulu demonstrated remarkable resilience when she led the organization through a critical crisis, as AC2 was forced to temporarily close its doors due to US funding cuts, leaving 72 staff members without jobs and over 100 survivors of violence without access to essential services . Through her determined efforts and with support from funders like GiveOut, she successfully orchestrated the reopening of AC2’s offices and continues to rebuild and restore vital services to the LGBTQI community in South Africa .
